No Pobre TV. After recent political changes in Serbia, many streets in Belgrade named after persons and events of the World War II, changed their names. The film depicts the work of the Street and Squares Commission, appointed by the city of Belgrade, as well as reactions of individuals and groups impacted by recent changes.
