Oggi ho vinto anch'io No Pobre TV. Following a life-altering heart attack, a train driver named Saverio receives a heart transplant from a young, deceased runner. To honor his donor, Saverio takes on the challenge of fulfilling the young man's dream, training for and ultimately completing the New York City Marathon with the eventual support of the donor's father.
